The Multi M1 from MHS
MHS Boilers Limited has launched the Multi M1 range of electrically heated hot water storage vessels whose range starts at 500 litres and goes up to 3000 litres.
The M1 has been added to the portfolio following increasing interest from specifiers for electrical water heating for premises with an occasional large hot water requirement but no access to mains gas. Typically this may be a sports pavilion which requires showers at weekends or a camping or caravan park with seasonal requirements.
The M1 features a glass lined boiler quality vessel and a powered anode protection system to eradicate the possibility of corrosion in the tank. Each model operates at a service pressure of 7 bar, has an inspection/clean out port which complies with current water regulations and a high thermal performance, soft outer jacket.
The Multi M1 can utilise an immersion heater rating up to 36kW and comes with a control thermostat that operates between 30 and 80oC, with the manual reset high limit thermostat set to 95oC. This unit operates on 230V single phase or 415V three phase electrical supply.
