New Club from Halstead
A new sealed system condensing boiler, the Club HE 18, has been unveiled by manufacturer Halstead Boilers.

With a SEDBUK A rating for maximum efficiency and a central heating output rate of up to 18.0kW (61,500 Btu/hr), the Club HE incorporates a robust stainless steel heat exchanger, and is supplied with standard fitted pump, expansion vessel and pressure relief valve.
Suitable for sealed CH and DHW systems when used with a separate hot water cylinder, the new Club HE 18 boasts aesthetics as well as the SEDBUK A high efficiency rating.
“The introduction of the Club HE 18 marks a significant step for Halstead, and this latest appliance complements our range of SEDBUK A high efficiency condensing boilers that has been designed and developed with high performance, simple installation and easy maintenance for installers very much in mind,” comments Halstead’s Marketing Manager Richard Braid.
The Club HE 18 has a maximum lift weight of 41kg and has compact dimensions of 758mm (H) x 446mm (W) x 327mm (W). As with all Halstead condensing boilers, it can be installed in a wide range of domestic applications by virtue of Halstead’s range of six anti-plume flue kits. Richard explains:
“In addition to the common horizontal and vertical flue systems, we have developed a range of flue kit options designed to overcome the possible nuisance caused by flue pluming and to dramatically extend the installation options for installers of its range of condensing boilers. The range includes a Chimney Flue Liner Kit, Split Pipe Vertical Flue Outlet and a Raised External Flue Outlet.”
