Installers Sprint and WIN! a whole host of prizes
Yorkshire Fittings has recently presented prizes to winners of its Sprint and WIN! promotion, held to mark the launch of the Company’s newest push-fit fitting, Tectite Sprint.
Barry Cubbins (of B W Cubbins Limited) from the Wirral was the winner of the top prize, a Formula 1 Driving Experience in Nice, France. Barry was presented with his prize at Tranmere Building Supplies, where he made his winning purchase and where his family has had an account since Tranmere’s opening in 1928. Commenting on his win, Barry said, “I was absolutely amazed to have won – it’s brilliant!”
Two second prizes of a Helicopter Experience Weekend, and fifteen third prizes consisting of a choice of sporting experiences have also been presented to winners nationwide.
Tectite Sprint is the newest product within the Tectite push-fit fittings range. Manufactured from copper or DZR brass in a unique slim-line design, fittings are available in sizes from 10mm to 28mm. A key feature is its versatility as, in common with Tectite Classic (the original and demountable Tectite fitting), fittings can be used for jointing copper tube, PEX and PB pipes. Its slim-line appearance and simple tool-free jointing action makes Tectite Sprint particularly suited to installation in confined spaces.
Speaking about his experiences of the product, Barry said, “Tectite Sprint has been great – I use it a lot now. It’s so much neater and slimmer than the fittings made from other materials that I used to use.”
Tectite Sprint fittings are guaranteed for 25 years as standard, and for 30 years when installed as a System with recommended pipes and tubes. Tectite Classic, Tectite Pro and Tectite 316 complete the Tectite push-fit range.
