The Flexicom hx range of high efficiency heating-only boilers possesses the market’s only direct rear flue option. These models are suited to virtually all replacement installations of heating only / open vented standard efficiency boilers.

The Flexicom hx is available in four outputs – 12kW, 15kW, 18kW and 24kW making them suitable for virtually any type of housing. With the option of both a top outlet and direct rear flue installation, the Flexicom hx means that whatever the make and model of a standard efficiency open vent appliance, it will be a suitable replacement without having to re-locate the boiler.
In addition, the compact case size of the Flexicom hx range means that they will fit just about anywhere as well! Dimensions of just 600mm height x 375mm width x 280mm depth mean that any one of the four versions can be easily sited inside a kitchen cupboard.
A standard feature of the whole Flexicom range, which also includes two combi boilers, and a system version, are the fuel-cost savings, energy conserving benefits, low NOx emissions and the reliability that Glow-worm has become renowned for.
Flexicom hx range utilises a high grade cast aluminium heat exchanger giving excellent corrosion resistance and tolerance to debris thanks to the large waterways. The same material has been successfully used in the automotive industry for years, as well as the Dutch heating market.
Ease of installation and siting flexibility are further enhanced through Glow-worm’s Plume Management Kit as well as another new innovative accessory, the Condensate Pump. The Plume Management Kit allows installers more versatility in replacement or even first-fit installations directing the nuisance plume away from paths, walkways etc.
The Condensate Pump increases siting options, allowing the boiler to be installed in places with restricted access to condensate drains (e.g. a basement).
As a standard, all new Glow-worm boilers come equipped with a host of features designed to enhance performance and reliability.
